Since 1964, we have been artisan olive millers.

The business was founded in 1964 by Nello Torresi and Giuseppina Macellari who, after purchasing their first press for small-scale production, decided to transform their family farm alongside their workshop for agricultural machinery.

Over time, the olive mill evolved thanks to continuous investments aimed at increasing production capacity, improving storage, and offering milling services to third parties, as well as pressing olives for the production and commercialization of extra virgin olive oil under the company’s brand.

Passion, dedication, effort, and expertise are the true legacy handed down by Nello to his daughter Fausta and to his grandchildren Giuseppe and Tommaso.
