Fiordolio

It’s a delicate, harmonic, balanced oil, green with gold reflexes. It presents a light fruity flavour with nice herbaceous notes, together with a hint of apple, tomatoes and almond. It’s very fluid, sweet but with light touches of bitter and spicy. It’s perfect for delicate dishes, like fish, white meat and soups.
